The objective of the Level 5 Nutrition module is to guide you to be familiar with the composition of food, evaluate the nutritional content of food and understand the relationship between health and nutrition. You will interpret current dietary information and recommendations and examine eating habits. During the course, you will be familiarised with the nutritional needs of different groups of people and acquire a range of practical techniques.
